BMS PROJECT MANAGER - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a leading Building Management Systems (BMS) service
provider.
Thos role is based in their Dublin office and working on servicing
sites in the Dublin area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated canditate to
become a key part of our project business, with a clear career
progression path to an Operations Director role.
Managing project teams, resources and sub-contractors
Project reporting and monitoring
Be the initial point of contact for the client/ client representative
& consulting engineers after sales phase.
Manage project changes and potential impact to deliverables
Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
Manage project documentation
Ensure on site personnel have adequate PPE
Attend site meetings regarding scheduling/progress
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant project management experience of managing multiple projects
simultaneously
Experience in a similar role and industry, preferably
mechanical/electrical trades, engineering or BMS
Knowledge of Siemens , Cylon, Trend, or Tridium BMS Engineer BMS &
QBMS Systems - desirable
Good electrical, mechanical and controls knowledge
